Varsity Finance are pleased to announce that we have negotiated terms with a new USA Private Investor which will mean that our clients can fund their new Projects or Developments by 100 % Loan to Cost.

The Private Investor will agree to loan our clients the required 5% Security Deposit for a period of 90 days or more, until such time completion of the Senior Debt takes place.
